~HORRIBLE CUST SRVC: THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had to return my phone because the speaker doesn't work after only having the phone * months. *st they r sending a phone. next it's u send & then they send new*. They've had it ** days & still Processing! I call daily. Is anyone not Indian there? Never get a straight answer. Always I have to wait. I had to purchase another phone & return it before I'm out even more$$. and still no phone received. I'm so disgusted that at this point, I don't even want this service anymore but then I'm out $*** for the Galaxy S* that they don't even carry in-store anymore. I can honestly say this company's Customer Service ***** ****!
