~engelbert: This was the worst experience i have had with a pre-paid plan. I was on the phone for ** min and still had gotten no where.*It was like i was talking in a foreign language. I was so frusterated i wanted to cry! I am sending back the phone and will never go with them and tell everyone i know its not worth the the nighmare.

~engelbert: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~engelbert: For that I would say five out of five.
