~madhatter: first off the man i talked to spoke crappy English second i tell him my screen doesnt work and he tells me oh go to the menu. was he not listening ? third they will send me another phone but i will then be without a phone for **days !!! and they arent replacing my air time. DONT GET STRAIGHT TALK THEY ****!!!!
