~john denim: the representative turned on my old phone instead of my new phone then everytime I try to fix it I couldn't get another representative on the phone and it would transfer me to a customer service number and then it would never answer.

~john denim: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~john denim: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~john denim: For that I would say three out of five.
