~CBarnes: Synchrony Bank is the most disfunctional organization I've dealt with in years. The call centers are in India and have no latitude in dealing with customer service. I made a payment on a credit card and the fools do not know how to confirm payments have cleared a banking system for payment. This payment was made through PayPal and they will not accept the PP payment! The stupidity of the individuals involved is UNBELIEVABLE! If I can ever get clear from this system, I will do everything I can to get this organization bankrupt. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with.
