~diane moore: I was recently at the Elyria, Ohio ***** Taco Bell drive thru and placed my order via drive thru. Upon pooling up to the window, I was greeted by a very RUDE, AND ANGRY young woman, who stated, "you is to never order food by this drive thru window again and I said hello to you and you said nothing". I stated to the employee which was at *:** p.m on ****** that I did place my order via the drive thru and I said hello to you as soon as I pulled up to the window, which she did not respond to my greeting .I could not believe that "the customer is always right does not apply anymore" and I have * years of customer service background, and I was trained that the customer is always right and to not argue but be polite at all times to your customers and after all she has her job because of the customers. I would fire this employee and make her repay the money I lost when I drove away, after paying her and told her to keep the food" If I were the GM of this store, I would make the employee apolo
