~frustratedcustomer: Had to call * times to get a supervisor. The first person couldn't give me the info I needed. Got disconnected getting transferred. Second rep refused to pass me through to a supervisor and hung up on me. The third rep was very nice and professional and passed me through right away. My order was ready to be shipped * days before it was picked up by UPS* Received the wrong item. Same thing happened with the replacement. Didn't receive the order in time for a nephew's birthday. Will order from Amazon next time.
