~micheal326: waited over ** minutes for a supervisor and no one answered. first girl's english was very good. target does not refund sales tax. i will file a complaint with the tax payers advocate in florida and i will NOT buy from target again. i sent wedding gift from target registry. it was returned, target said refused shipment because changed mind. but target could NOT tell me where that came from, it was "just in the system". florida law says they must refund sales tax, but target insist their policy is not refund tax.
