~pissedoffincali: I need answers NOW! been trying to resubmit my State return but can't get past the page where I have to pay more money. It is a RESUBMIT shouldn't have to pay again to resubmit and shouldn't be having this problem not being able to speak to a rep. Been trying all day.

~pissedoffincali: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
