GetHuman-202653: Tried to get TaxACT to file a return that never got filed back in ****. They wanted $**.** (what I already paid), then when I refued, they said they can't e-file last year's return anyway, and then wanted more money to access their archives. Fortunately, I had saved PDF versions of all the forms when I filed last year.

GetHuman-202653: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-202653: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TaxAct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-202653: For that I would say two out of five.
