GetHuman-238355: I found out the reason my check was denied because my bank changed routing numbers so this company did not cross reference and lost my entire history of check writing with the food store Giant foods**It took two hours and giving them all my info to get it straight or they would have denied my check each time I went to the store which is once a week**All of the millions of checks they handle their system should cross reference and *not have to have a person migrate the system
