~Carolyn Baker: I have nothing but good to say about this phone encounter. The gentleman who answered my call was extremely courteous and helpful. He offered CONSTRUCTIVE solutions and was indeed actually reassuring in helping me to find resolutions and in reassuring me my error was not irreversible and that there was, indeed an end in sight for my problem. I only wish I had gotten the man's name and contacted his supervisors to compliment him for a job well done.
