GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Telecheck customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Allen Hartley: Idiots. I refuse to do business with Walgreens or ANY merchant that uses Telecheck. Telecheck decides to approve or decline the check based on their internal data of your history of checks they have processed. They DON'T look at your bank account to determine available funds, checking history with banks, credit history, or anything else that would make more sense. This also presents a huge liability to a merchant. If the money is in the account, approve the check, debit, or charge. WalMart has a smooth process. Nothing at Walgreens that can't be purchased somewhere else and many times cheaper.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Telecheck. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Telecheck problem?
~Allen Hartley: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Allen Hartley: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Telecheck's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Allen Hartley: For that I would say five out of five.

~Allen Hartley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Telecheck to know who you are.
