~none of your business: The email address is not a working one (emails are returned as "undeliverable") and operator at phone number ***-***-**** did not know the difference between TV Weather and online Weather.com so could not direct my call and was surly and rude. Patricia Fili-Krushel needs to know service at this division of NBCUniversal is very bad.
