~Had It: Yeah. It was afternoon, on November 10th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to TomTom, and if so, how?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TomTom customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Had It: Barely spoke English. I am trying to get a replacement suction cup. TomTom website wants to sell the suction cup and **v power supply. I told the guy I don't need the power supply. The guy repeatedly stated this is the cup, I TOLD HIM I DO NOT NEED THE **V. This is what outsourcing is all about. They read from a script and do not deviate. I'm done with TomTom. Very poor customer service. I asked the guy if he is a TomTom employee, long pause then said this is an answering service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TomTom. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TomTom problem?
~Had It: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Had It: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TomTom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Had It: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TomTom customers?
~Had It: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TomTom to know who you are.
