~John Winston: Worst part was guessing which number to press and waiting through the options twice because it wasn't obvious. I needed the required tire rating. It took a long time but they finally confirmed what the owner's manual said - by reading the owner's manual. I guess that's what I get for not buying an American-made vehicle. Last time I needed this information for a Ford, I was able to talk to an engineer who explained what I needed based on information about my driving. I'm still suspicious that the manual (as well as this help line) was just taking the easy way out and recommended over-rated tires for my Camry. Sigh.

~John Winston: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~John Winston: For that I would say three out of five.
