~Horrible experience: I spoke to Jessica who is foreign, never did understand her. I'm not sure that my problem was taken care of. She gave me a phone number for security freeze.I didn't reach a security freeze company I reached a high pressured company selling Visas. If you can't speak English you have no business in customer service by phone.
