~sheehanje: Worst bank to deal with. You will get through, but finding the right person to talk to is impossible because they will put you on an endless loop. TrustCo Bank was once a very good bank to deal with, but recently have become very shady with their customer service.**Customers to TrustCo are only dollar signs, not people. If you are trying to get anything done, the only way to do so is to show up directly at their admin offices in Glenville of of Freemans Bridge road. Then you can watch them fumble around and have no answers why you are treated so badly through the branch offices.
