~Barbts2: I called five times already. I was cut off four times and the once I spoke with a tax person who said I needed someone in billing and he would transfer me. He said he would transfer me but I was cut off yet again. When I called back he had closed my incident *. This is awful service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Barbts2: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Barbts2: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbts2: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Barbts2: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
