~princesspie27: Remains to be seen. I havent actually gotten a call back yet , but wanted to leave this trick. I did what the instructions said except for after I pushed the options instructed I just did nothing. Do not push any more options eventually it will say "We are sorry you are having trouble. Your estimated hold time is ** minutes. You can wait or have a rep call you back when it is your turn in line." Something like that. *It's not great but it sure beats the other option I got before which was to get a call back in * days!
