GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's USAA customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~SpikeGirl: This has been my insurance company for well over ** years. One day I asked why it was that EVERYONE I have ever spoken to at USAA has been so friendly and well informed. They told me it's because they go through extensive training before they are even allowed to assist the customer. Why is it that other companies can't follow suit? The cost is minimal when it comes to customer retention. If I don't get good customer service, I will not use the service again and I will make sure I tell those close to me. If I get GREAT customer service, then I don't mind paying for it. USAA ROCKS!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting USAA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a USAA problem?
~SpikeGirl: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SpikeGirl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SpikeGirl: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other USAA customers?
~SpikeGirl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for USAA to know who you are.
