GetHuman-199327: After I explained my problem to the service rep and asked to speak to a manager she hung the phone up on me.I did ask for her name as I did not hear what she said when she answered and this is when she hung up the phone.I have never been or been treated this rude by anyone and I was not a diffuclt customer as I have been in retail for ** years as a department manager. Iam also a frequent shopper at Ulta or I should say was a frequent shopper.
