~BRADENM: Native English speaker. The main item from my order($** makeup case) was not included even though it showed shipped. At first she said she would have someone review and that person would call me in ** hrs to let me know what they would do, but then I said I needed it for a birthday she said she'd have it sent out immediately. I also pointed out the box that sent the eye shadows I also purchased was a quarter of the size the makeup case is supposed to be, and there's no way it could have been included. Customer service wasn't impressive, but they got the job done AND I could understand her.

~BRADENM: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BRADENM: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ulta Beauty's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BRADENM: For that I would say one out of five.
