~dianne: customer service representative said I just need to bring letter I received from the mail after online regirstration and my guest could use the free ticket, send to a different line and ignored by the first customer rep. supervisor basically just shoved us off & said ticket will be mailed to us, its been nearly * weeks and no ticket.
