~ray: I was trying to report a lost card . So all this junk about"press * for English, enter your card number doesn't work for the person who doesn't have the card number right in front of them because it was lost or stolen. So now what, well you can always call them on the other number the will ask you to put in your card number or hit the pound button for important information which is a bunch of junk nothing that pertains to they lost or stolen card. I contacted visa they say vanilla this distributor of the card not visa you have to contact the vanilla who is the one. I'm tired of the running around that vanilla and visa gave me. I've been at this for a few hours no success
