~VerizonCustomer: I had contacted Verizon earlier in the a.m., & almost left the Co. as a result of the lack of care*service of my billing issue. (Tried to stick me with a significantly higher bill due to an error on the part of the Verizon Staff). Found this *, spoke to a real person w*in a minute, & he totally addressed all of my billing issues. Level of service was so phenomenal, I called his direct supervisor to give him props. Great number, use for whatever issue you have!!!
