~Ed Morel: If Verizon ever ends up with competition for FIOS in this area, they are out of business.**The most frustrating part of their customer service is that after enduring their seemingly endless wait time to actually speak with somebody, you get continuously disconnected, which means you start all over again.**Verizon offers the worst customer service of any company we have ever dealt with, in fact we before determining to do business with any new company, we determine how like Verizon they are likely to be.

~Ed Morel: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ed Morel: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon DSL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ed Morel: For that I would say five out of five.
