~SoCalFireman: Unreal, I have been without DSL service for a month now. Yes I said a month. They have sent * techs out in that month to fix the problem, and it was never fixed!! They said it was an issue in their main server and it should be back on in a few hours. Well, after getting to know how the weather has been for the last month in the phillipines, I get a call today saying it is a billing error. You have got to be kidding me a month of ******** to find out I owe $**.**. I am done with them, LATER Verizon.

~SoCalFireman: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~SoCalFireman: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon DSL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SoCalFireman: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Verizon DSL customers?
~SoCalFireman: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon DSL to know who you are.
