~disabled unhappy: Customer service was good after finally getting to a person. * calls. I am disabled, automated , telling me to go to equipment, not able to walk due to surgery * days ago. Send tech out fixed For * hours. Call again same mess again. They send you a text with a web address, REALLY! I just reported internet ,TV, and my only phone not working, and they want you to reply to a web address! If you have an ERS and disabled you don't want Verizon for your service!
