~kspakks: After walking through the menu, a repair service rep picked up on the first ring. She took my info, checked my number and address and asked if she could run a test on the line which would require that I hang up and she would call me back in a few minutes. As promised she called back in about * minutes and told me that the problem was in the cable running to my house. A tech is coming out tomorrow (amazingly) and we'll see if Verizon corrects the problem - I am hopeful for a resolution.

~kspakks: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~kspakks: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~kspakks: For that I would say five out of five.
