~annonymous: I spoke to someone who was difficult to understand and did not answer my questions. I was so frustrated I had to hang up. I have not had service for three days short of a month, I was promised it would be two week to fix a cable. I was promised twice someone would come to look at my wiring and no-one showed up. Not able to use my answering machine or any but one phone. On the bright side, it's very peaceful not to get the spam calls that come in with the Verizon landline. Peace and quiet.
