GetHuman-325869: Line * is not working at all. Seniors Helping Seniors has been in touch with verizon to schedule repair on line *** ***-****. This event has been going on since December ****. We at SHS need to avail ourselves to our clients who are senior citizens. Per Chris, today, verizon has issued a credit in the amount of $** for service interruption for December ****. SHS need all phone lines to be opened in order to provide our clients with the best possible service that is available to them. This issue is critical and there seems to be a lack of communication within the verizon repair staff and how repairs are handled by same staffers.
