GetHuman-339067: Customer agent Alphonso was extremely rude and unprofessional and also was laughing at the same time when we were trying to explain our situation. We are frequent flyers with virgin America. But with this incident I would never fly with VA again.he was unhelpful and he wanted to charge me $*** for the ticket which I paid only $**.Service agent like Alphonso will in long run affect the pride of VA, and I sure will share my experience with every one.
