~Hanna: Sure. It was middle of the night, on November 11th.

~Hanna: "Overcharge/Strange charge" was why I was trying to call.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Vitacost customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Hanna: Customer service is the worst. I had to call two times within three week period for TWO different orders!!!! First, they forgot to pack one of the item, and instead of expediting the shipping, the replacement was sent using regular shipping. I had to wait in total of two weeks. The next order came in damaged. Sure they were happy to send a replacement. BUT, once again instead of expediting the shipping again, they would use the regular shipping again!!!!! No! Thank you very much, I don't need it in a week!!! Too bad it happened, I always gave such great review about Vitacost to family and friends, but not anymore. I d rather spend my money somewhere else where I as a customer will be appreciated!!!

~Hanna: For that I would say five out of five.

~Hanna: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vitacost to know who you are.
