~Not happy with service: Yes. It was morning, on November 11th.

~Not happy with service: I used the 800-255-2414 number I found for on the GetHuman VitalChek customer phone number page I was on: VitalChek Customer Service Phone Number

~Not happy with service: "Update Order" was why I was trying to call.

~Not happy with service: I placed my order on ********** for the death certificate for my father. I was sent to over for processing **********. It is now ********** and when I call they say that the state is processing Feb. orders yet they do not know why my order has not been sent. I am getting the run around. I paid for overnight but I see it would have been faster if I walked up there, located the record myself and walked back.

~Not happy with service: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Not happy with service: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not happy with service: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other VitalChek customers?
~Not happy with service: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VitalChek to know who you are.
