~JerseyJo : I started this process may **,****. I received mine and my husbands birth certi. Today June ** ,**** Vidal check was very helpful on the phone actually I received it sooner than I had expected ! There customer service was very helpful ! I would order from vidal check again !

~JerseyJo : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JerseyJo : For that I would say three out of five.
