~double double: I think the qualification to be phone operator for vital check is merely having a pulse. Called several times and not a single person can conceive that a person born in the US might live outside of the USA. In Fact, im thinking that foreign countries to them are just something on TV... Notory's outside the US might not use the same verbage but vital check does not understand this and wont even try to process something that is not in their prescribed wording. Next time I will hire a monkey.....
