~VitalchekSucks: I will never use this company again. I paid *nd Day Air shipping and it has been a week since the document was marked as shipped. Can't even track because the number is invalid. The Vitalchek rep blamed the Records Office in my hometown, but Vitalchek is the one who supplied the invalid shipping label and the Records Office assured me that the doc was shipped. Who needs a middle man anyway? I'll just do business with the Records Office directly from now on.
