GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's VitalChek customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Pain in the A: Waste of $. Ordered Marriage Cert. Got multiple emails about problems w*order. *st, notary seal info wasn't dark enough, told to darken w*pencil & resend. Next, there was confusion as to parties on the Cert - told I listed me as Groom & husband as Bride. Not that stupid, so I went thru order process online again to see what I did wrong. Page where u provide parties to marriage only lists Party A & Party B & instructs to list just as on Cert - doesn't indicate which party is bride or groom. Followed instruc. to a T. Delayed order & delivery. Only thing I didn't have to do w*this co. was provide cashier's check or MO & go to the PO. Had to go to bank for notary anyway. Regret going thru *rd party for this.
