~Gail: I told the man who answered that I was having a problem with an echo and fading in and out on my phone. He went overboard with helping me. I am older and don't understand a lot of things about the hook up. He was the most patient and understanding person and explained everything I needed to know. I have never *received such wonderful customer service. Thanks to Talmadge and Vonage, they are concerned and they take care of their customers.
