~boromgr: Called first number, had three outside offers for trips, free gift cards and a "help I've fallen button offer. Hung up and went to computer * asked for call back. ** min got the call, put on hold and waited ** min for someone - did not answer. Called back and was told they were NOT accepting any more calls. Called again and was told to call later. Card was placed on HOLD and no one knows why. This service is un excusable. Had to use my AMEX to make the purchase - am ready to cut the card up. Get a number where someone can help you or answer a question or you will lose a lot of people. With wait time so long may be there is a larger problem - find out and correct it.
