~Hula Gurl: I ordered a simple part for my $*** weber grill two weeks ago. I never got an email or heard anything. When I called customer service today, a very dis interested man said they had been doing inventory for the last * weeks and they were starting to ship out parts today. Really? I asked for a tracking number, he didn't have one, I asked for a rush to be put on this order, he couldn't do it, I asked how would I know when it would arrive, he said to call back in a few days. Then he said it was going Fed X ground to Hawaii and that was as fast as it would go anyway. I reminded him that Hawaii was an island and he said, whatever. If I didn't have to order a part from Weber I would NEVER call them for anything again. This is the second bad experience with them in the past two years.

~Hula Gurl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Hula Gurl: For that I would say four out of five.

~Hula Gurl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Weber to know who you are.
