GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Whirlpool customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-179055: Getting Whirlpool, and its servicing partner, A&E Factory Service, to act is beyond ridiculous. You would think that in today's day and age, getting parts delivered within *-* days shouldn't be a problem* or, just getting tracking and status information at the very least shouldn't be a problem. But, with both of these companies this is all very difficult. They just don't seem to give a ****. Definitely didn't expect this from a giant like Whirlpool. We have been without a cooktop for over a week, and it could be up to * weeks by the time it's all said and done. Will definitely think long and hard before buying another Whirlpool product.
