~microwave terror: I ordered a part for my microwave in April. It was backordered until July upon arrival it was broken into pieces. I sold the house during the waiting time and I do not have the microwave in front of me so new owners were waiting for part. Whirlpool will not reship a new one unless I can give them the serial and model number. They have the part number and address but they will not send unless I jump through hoops make phone calls and get put back on eternal hold. They will ship with just part number if I pay again sounds like poor customer service to me!!

~microwave terror: For that I would say four out of five.
