~Upset Twitter User: I read the Twitter rules and policies and tried to post a complaint* however, it was difficult to figure out what category my complaint should be filed under so I did my best. After filing my complaint. I then got an email saying that it didn't look like my complaint was valid. Sigh. I followed Twitter's rules to a T but apparently Twitter doesn't know how to recognize it's own rules! Lol :(

~Upset Twitter User: For that I would say five out of five.
