~langel: Finally! A phone number that worked- I had forgotten my password and I still had my landline as a contact which is would only send a text to. You have to wait but finally I got a real person and they reset my info and got me into my account again. I have tried other numbers and this is the first one that got me through. You just have to be patient!

~langel: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~langel: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~langel: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~langel: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
