~daydreamer1976: I dont understand how zillow has my home listed at the lowest zestimate on my street.I have the largest home in the niceset cond.inside and out but yet zillow still zestmates my home for much less than homes half my homes size.I was thinking about listing my home on zillow but until they correct my home value there is no way I would list it with zillow.*Please take a look at my home price as compared to the other homes on my street same inside and out on a lake but yet zillow still puts my zestimate at so much less. it seems the more I say something the less the price goes down just like kids would do not a professional company.The home accross from me is in foreclosure and in not good cond but yet zillow has it listed for **,*** more than mine.but yet the forclsoed home only has * br and is *** sq feet less than mine how can it be worth more?Many of the homes in and around my street are way off the value.As soon as you give me fair value only than will I list my home on zillow.Just lo
