~Pamela: That was easy! I was locked out of my iPad account and they fixed it very quickly. Then went the extra step and explained that to change my password, it was necessary to visit the Zinio website because it could not be done through the app. :)

~Pamela: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Pamela: For that I would say one out of five.
