~shelste: I went online to order outfits for my grandsons for Christmas the site kept changing the size of one of the outfits, I kept editing in the checkout, finally the size showed right and I placed the order. When I got my confirmation email, I viewed it and once again the size was wrong. I called customer service, the gentleman told me that I couldn't change the size but he could cancel that particular outfit and reorder to the right size with no extra charge for shipping, but he did say if I got charged for the shipping to call back. Well I got charged so I called back, this new guy did nothing but make excuses about how the first guy didn't know the procedure, but that being said he put me on hold twice for checking to see what to do. Seems he didn't know the procedure either. I cancelled my order completely because he couldn't fix the problem, but only after he told me I wouldn't get a refund for days. They sure took my money fast and got everything wrong. I won't buy from them ag
