GetHuman-385484: I really don't understand the process of sending an email concerning levels decreasing on farmville from **** to **** and know one reaching out to address the problem. I've even left a message concerning harvesting three times and nothing being done. I've left a message concerning purchasing XP points, they take the money put points continue to decrease. Why is it so hard for someone, anyone to fix the problem or even acknowledge that there is a problem and that they are attempting to fix it as soon as possible.
